Liquid thermal insulation coating

HighHeatCote
HighHeatCote is an advanced silicone-based coating designed to withstand extreme temperatures up to 800 °C (1472 °F). Designed for use in harsh industrial environments, it provides excellent thermal protection as well as durability against oxidation, thermal shock, and severe weather conditions. The highly effective formula ensures long-lasting adhesion to metal surfaces even when exposed to high temperatures on a continuous basis. Whether used on power plant piping, industrial furnaces, or exhaust systems, HighHeatCote creates a durable barrier that extends component life and reduces maintenance frequency. Ideal for industries such as power generation, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and heavy machinery, this reliable solution is designed for equipment operating in harsh thermal conditions.
Liquid thermal insulation coating
Composition:
HighHeatCote is a High Temperature Thermal Insulation coating. It is designed to control heat transfer for the surface with the temperatures between 200°C and 800°C. It is water-based and extremely light in appearance. HighHeatCote uses a special organosilicate bond with a silicon-ceramic filler to provide a non-conductive block against heat transfer.
HighHeatCote is an environmentally friendly, nonflammable and non-toxic product for use on high-temperature surfaces in standard and super-steam pipes or furnace walls.
HighHeatCote is easy to apply with a texture sprayer and can be applied to metal, concrete, wood and other substrates.
