Ultra-thin Thermal Insulation Bronya Facade is an ultra-thin liquid ceramic thermal insulation material that can be applied in layers from 1mm to 3mm thick at a time (depending on application modes), and has the high-quality vapor permeability facade paint (0.03). Bronya Facade is a high-viscosity weatherproof composition specially designed for the thermal insulation of vertical surfaces. The coating, applied to the wall from the inside or from the outside, forms a single seamless surface, retains heat throughout the volume of the room, which has a positive effect on the microclimate.
Bronya Facade coating reflects up to 80% of the visible infrared and solar radiation spectrum. This leads to a significant decrease in indoor space heating in summer, air conditioning costs and in cold weather – it can reduce heat loss by up to 30%. Bronya Facade thermal insulation coating is a durable material with high adhesion to any building materials, with good vapor permeability, it has hydrophobic (water-repellent) properties.
Bronya Facade liquid ceramic thermal insulation is used for thermal insulation of plaster, concrete, brick, other wooden surfaces of enclosing structures of buildings and structures during external and internal works. Bronya Facade ceramic heat insulator can be coated with acrylic paint on a water-dispersion basis, wallpapering is allowed. Bronya Facade stain is only authorized subject to strict compliance with our technical data sheet, following our recommendations for the choice of tinting pastes, technical shades.
The application of the Bronya Facade coating allows:
carry out thermal insulation of walls both externally and internally;
preserve the volume of usable area (with thermal insulation of the walls from the inside);
Do not increase the load on the building structure;
insulate facades with complex architectural solutions (including during reconstruction works);
increase the thermal comfort of the room;
reduce the cost and time of construction work;
Heat-insulating Bronya Façade paint also showed itself excellently with Bronya Antirust modification. For example, the estimated thickness of an ultra-thin heat insulator for a ferrous metal tank is 2.5 mm. mascoat, alfatek, tsm ceramic, teplos-top, etc. , as well as our basic modification Bronya Classic, it took applying at least 6 coats (1st coat of primer + 5 coats of 0.5 mm each with interlayer drying for 24 hours. Our solution is only three coats (!):
1st coat 0.5 mm Bronya Antirust (Not only fixing corrosion, but also a converter, adhesive and waterproofing (due to a high rate of film formation).

3rd coat after 24 hours – 1 mm Bronya Facade

To date, we are not aware of non-combustible (NF) thermal insulating coatings similar and having a thermal conductivity of 0.001 identical to our basic modifications – complete competing analogues of these modifications from other manufacturers of thermal insulation products.
But on the market there are:
- Non-combustible coatings with an NF certificate, including those of manufacturers of thermal insulation materials with a certain (or without) thermophysical effect, offering to apply on their basic modifications (G1) (moreover, without confirmation of the thermal conductivity) in order to supposedly obtain a final thermal insulation coating with NF certification
- ZhKTM is a material that has NF certification, but has the declared thermal physics 2-8 times (mostly without any legitimate confirmation of thermal conductivity at all) greater than “one thousandth”.
