HydroCoat
HydroCoat is a one-component, eco-friendly waterproofing elastic coating made from modified elastomeric resin. It provides seamless, durable waterproofing for concrete and plastered surfaces, roofs, and foundations. Featuring 200% elasticity, high UV resistance, and vapor permeability, it maintains flexibility in low temperatures. Easy to apply with a brush or roller, it requires minimal labor and can be painted over once cured. Ideal for various applications, it comes in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg buckets, with a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly.

Composition:
HydroCoat is an environmentally-friendly, one-component elastic waterproofing coating made from modified elastomer resin. It provides long-lasting, trouble-free waterproofing of concrete and coated surfaces, roofs and foundations. With 200% elasticity, high UV resistance and vapor permeability, it retains its flexibility at low temperatures.
HydroCoat is user-friendly, requiring minimal labor for application and can be painted over once cured. Available in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg buckets. Shelf life: 12 months when stored properly.

Technical Specifications (at 23°C and 50% relative humidity):
- Appearance: Viscous mass, white or gray.
- Bonding Strength: ≥ 0.8 MPa (N/mm²).
- Consumption:
- Horizontal surfaces: 1.5 kg/m² (1 mm).
- Total thickness: 0.75–1.5 mm (2–3 layers).
- Water Permeability: W3 (EN ISO 1062-3).
- Vapor Permeability: V3 (EN ISO 7783-2).
- Fire Reaction Class: Ds1d0.
Surface Preparation:
- Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and firm.
- Remove dust, dirt, oils, and residues.
- Mechanically eliminate loose materials.
- Repair damage or cracks.
- Seal joints with mortar or expansion tape.
- Prime concrete with HydroPrimer, metal with CORIZOL, and bituminous surfaces with ADGEZIV-N.
Application Guidelines:
- Mix HydroCoat using a low-speed mixer.
- Apply with a brush or roller:
- Horizontal: 3 layers (total thickness: 0.8–1.0 mm).
- Vertical: 2 layers (total thickness: 0.8–1.0 mm).
- Drying time: 4–8 hours between coats, up to 24 hours in cooler conditions.
- Avoid unauthorized additives; add up to 2% water if thickened.
- Protect from sunlight, high temperatures, and precipitation during curing.
Safety Measures:
- Do not mix with other materials or solvents.
- Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a respirator.
- Ensure proper ventilation for indoor applications.
- Skin contact: Wash with soap and water.
- Eye contact: Rinse with water and seek medical attention if needed.

Packaging and Storage:
Store in airtight containers. Avoid freezing conditions. Reinforce wide surfaces and cracks with fiberglass mesh after the first coat. Avoid applying in extreme weather conditions.
